First Grade News
Please remember to send your child to school with a snack every day.
Test folders will go home every Monday. Please sign the tests and return them in the folder on Tuesday.
Remember to wear your orange buddy shirt every Monday.
READING

Please complete your 15 minutes of nightly reading. Ask your child questions after they read to check for understanding.
We will have our selection test on Friday.
MATH

Practice addition facts with your child. Also practice writing numbers 1-40. Unit 2 test will be on Wednesday.
SPELLING

Our spelling test will be on Friday. Words will need to be practiced every night. The new list will be sent home every Friday for the test the following week.
