What is the setting?(Where and when is the story taking place) What is the problem of the story? What is the solution? (How was the problem solved) What happened First, Next, Then, Last/Finally. (Sequence of events). This will help your child better understand the story.

****When reviewing Sight Words, these following tips may help you: Put the words on flashcards so that you can play games with your child. You can play memory or use a flashlight to shine on words that you want your child to read.

**You can also put your words into sentences using past sight words.  This is what we do for our reading portion our tests.
